I am living a life I love as an executive and life coach, but it does not mean I no longer am human. I need experts in areas where I’m not one!
This blog did not happen because I decided to write it and then finished within the hour. I thought it would be so hard that I wasted days before I reached out for help. I could not imagine meeting my self-imposed deadline.
I stopped because it wasn’t perfect in my eyes. What just happened to me may be happening to you.
You may be procrastinating because you don’t realize you have resources right at your fingertips!
It is obvious to you that you can’t do “X”— but the expert in your life thinks it’s completely doable.
My clients improve their business or career, declutter their lives and evaluate relationships of all kinds. I am their ignition for moving forward.
How did I do it for myself this time? I had to tell someone it was “obvious” that this would not happen. I had to see what was possible through someone else’s eyes.
This blog is my way of creating a dialogue with you. I want to reach out to more people on a regular basis. It almost didn’t happen.
Every once in a while something stops me—and usually it’s me.
Where are you procrastinating? What one step could you take toward completion?
It doesn’t have to be perfect. Just begin.
When you are procrastinating:
Stop. Breathe.
Jot down (in wishful thinking mode) what you would love to have completed by the end of the day.
What three action steps can you take?
Do one—or find an expert to help you begin.
The momentum will help you go the next step. Let me know how it goes!
