After reading John & Murrays Book “The Answer” we decided to enquire about hiring a coach to help us with our business. As “OneCoach” quotes, “An Olympic athlete has a coach, a team who wants to win has a coach, a swimmer who wants to be the best has a coach, so why doesn’t your business have a coach.”
So we decided that our company needed the help and expertise of a coach! We have been with OneCoach for approximately six weeks now. When first starting with One Coach we have noticed a major change in both our personal and business life. We have been working with the Mindset for Success now for 6 weeks and at first were not committing to this every day. We are now committing to at least one-half to one hour every day, meditating, visualizing, affirmations and working through the worksheets slowly.
This commitment has definitely changed our way of thinking in terms of our business life and we now are working toward another side of our business which we would never had come up with and the thought would have just passed us by without the blink of an eye. We have also been working on a new website which should be launched on the 1st October with brand new menus and pricing as well as our brand new logo and Unique Selling Proposition.
Our personal life has changed dramatically as well in the fact that we had a habit of drinking alcohol probably four times a week to relieve stress. Now we go to the gym five times a week and our health and thinking has improved immensely. We have a lot more energy and tend to achieve so much more in our day than previously.
We still have a lot to learn but are both enjoying the journey as things are slowly coming together. We speak with Debby once a week and after speaking with her feel exceptionally positive and ready to move onto the next level.
